Version 2 · Effective 2026-08-05
These Website Terms apply when anyone visits or uses the Alicedda Catering Services website. Ordering, quotations, bookings, payments, tableware and serving-staff services are also governed by the relevant customer policies in this pack.
1.1 Who operates the website
The website is operated by ALICEDDA CATERING SERVICES LIMITED, trading as Alicedda Catering Services (“Alicedda”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our approved contact and business details are set out on the Contact page and in the Business Information Schedule.
1.2 Website information
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and current. Menus, images, availability, prices, service areas and event examples may change. An image is illustrative unless the page clearly states that it shows the exact product, portion or event setup supplied.
Nothing on the website is medical advice. Customers with allergies, intolerances, coeliac disease or other dietary requirements must use the allergy process described in the Allergy, Dietary and Food-Safety Information Policy.
1.3 Permitted use
- Use the website lawfully and only for genuine personal or business enquiries, orders and bookings.
- Provide accurate information and do not impersonate another person.
- Do not interfere with the website, probe security, introduce malicious code, scrape private data or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not submit unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or misleading content.
- Do not use the website to send unsolicited marketing or fraudulent payment evidence.
1.4 Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your password and account access secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business or the platform.
1.5 Intellectual property
Website text, branding, photographs, menus, recipes, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to Alicedda unless stated otherwise. You may view and print policies or order records for personal use, but you must not copy, sell, republish or commercially exploit protected content without written permission.
1.6 Links and third-party services
The website may link to third-party services, including WhatsApp. A third-party service has its own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or endorse everything on that service.
1.7 Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend the website. We will use reasonable care, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We will not use this clause to remove statutory rights or avoid responsibility for our own breach of contract.
1.8 Governing law
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. A consumer retains any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts available under applicable consumer law.
