Group ordering
Ordering for more than yourself
Two ways to feed a group, depending on whether you want to choose for everyone or let each person choose for themselves.
Standard group order
One person orders multiple meals or trays for the group and makes a single payment. Best for office lunches and family gatherings where the menu is already decided.
Shared group order
The organiser creates a group-order link and sets the group name, delivery or collection date and location, an ordering deadline, any spend limits, and whether the organiser pays or participants pay individually.
- Participants add named meals with their own customisations
- Each person declares their own allergies and dietary preferences
- The organiser reviews everything before final submission
Deadlines and changes
Group orders follow the same editing rule as every other order: changes can be made online until exactly 72 hours before the order due date and time. After that, contact customer care and we will do what we can, though changes cannot be guaranteed.
